Nintendo Switch OLED (HEG-001) repair

HEG-001 is the Switch with the larger OLED screen and the wide stand. Inside it is close to the standard model, so it shares the charging and Joy-Con faults, with a more delicate screen.

Faults we repair on the HEG-001

• Cracked or dead OLED screen. The screen and glass are replaced as one part.
• Joy-Con stick drift. Analogue stick replacement.
• Not charging. USB-C port or charging circuit.
• Game cards not read. Game card reader.
• No picture on the TV. Dock, cable or the video chip in the console; we test all three.

Good to know about this model

Bring the dock and its power supply with you if the fault is with TV mode. More often than not the console is fine and the dock or cable is not.
