Send it in: repair by courier from anywhere in the UK

You do not need to be near London. We arrange an insured courier to collect your laptop, Mac, console or drive, and to bring it back when it is done.

How it works

1. Tell us the fault. Send an enquiry with the make, the model and what is going wrong. Advice is free.
2. We book the collection and tell you the cost for your postcode.
3. We diagnose and quote. Nothing is repaired until you approve the price.
4. We repair, test and return it by insured courier.

How to pack it

• Wrap the device in bubble wrap and use a strong box with at least 5 cm of padding on every side.
• Include the charger for a laptop. For a console, send the power lead but keep the controllers unless they are the problem.
• Take out discs, memory cards and USB sticks.
• Put a note in the box with your name, phone number and a description of the fault.

How long it takes

Many standard repairs are finished within 24 to 48 hours of you approving the quote. Repairs that need a part ordered take longer, and we tell you the expected time with the quote.

What it costs

A bench diagnostic is £54, deducted from the repair if you go ahead, and you get the price before any work starts. The courier cost depends on where you are and is confirmed before collection. See the price list.
