Mac mini, M1 (A2348) repair

The A2348 is the first Apple silicon Mac mini. With no screen, battery or keyboard there is little to break, so the faults are few and specific.

• No power. Internal power supply or logic board.
• No picture. HDMI port or the video circuit behind it; we test with other screens and cables first.
• Bluetooth or Wi-Fi dropping out. Antenna and board checks.
• Ports not working. USB-A, Thunderbolt or Ethernet.
• Liquid or surge damage. Board-level repair.

Good to know about this model

Memory and storage are soldered and cannot be upgraded. If it is short of space, a fast external SSD is the practical answer.
