Faults we repair on the Blade 15

• Swollen battery. The base bows and the trackpad lifts. Stop using it at once; we fit a new battery.
• Overheating. Cooling system cleaned and re-pasted.
• Not charging. Charging socket or board fault.
• Keyboard and lighting. Dead keys or lighting zones.
• Screen faults. Cracks or dead rows.

Good to know about this model

A Blade that rocks on a flat table has a swelling battery, even if it still works. Do not leave it on charge.

A bench diagnostic is £54, deducted from the repair if you go ahead. You get the price before any work starts. Walk in Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, or send an enquiry to arrange a courier collection.
