Faults we repair on the XPS 15

• Swollen battery. The palm rest bulges or the trackpad stops clicking.
• Loose or rattling trackpad. A known weakness of the 9500; we refit or replace it.
• Overheating and slow-downs under load. Cooling system cleaned and re-pasted.
• Not charging. USB-C port or charging circuit.
• Screen faults. Cracks, lines or a flickering panel.

Good to know about this model

Unlike the XPS 13, this model has two memory slots and two SSD slots, so it is well worth upgrading.
