Asus ZenBook 14 repair

The ZenBook 14 is a slim, light everyday laptop. To get that slim, Asus soldered most of it together and gave it very few ports.

Faults we repair on the ZenBook 14

• Not charging. It charges by USB-C; a worn port stops everything.
• Cracked screen. New panel fitted.
• Hinge faults. The hinge lifts the base as it opens and takes extra strain.
• Worn battery. Replaced.
• Keyboard faults. Dead keys or backlight.

Good to know about this model

The UX425 has no headphone socket; it uses a USB-C adapter. A "no sound from headphones" fault is often just that adapter.

A bench diagnostic is £54, deducted from the repair if you go ahead. You get the price before any work starts. Walk in Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, or send an enquiry to arrange a courier collection.
