Microsoft Surface Laptop 3, 4 and 5 repair

The Surface Laptop is elegant and largely glued together. Repairs are possible, but they take care, and some need the whole top cover replaced.

Faults we repair on the Surface Laptop

• Cracked screen. Including hairline cracks that appear with no obvious knock.
• Swollen battery. The keyboard deck rises or the screen no longer closes flat.
• Not charging. Surface Connect port or charging circuit.
• Keyboard and trackpad. Often replaced together with the top cover.
• Storage upgrade or failure. The SSD is removable on these models.
